What have you been putting off doing? Why?

My health is my biggest enemy. When I had hours to spare in a day, I would wake up early workout eat three meals, drink some protein, go to sleep, and do it all over again. Now that I am a full-time manager and college student a normal day for me is being too busy to eat or sleep. The discipline I use to have has been gone for two years and every summer when my biggest concern is only work it comes back but most recently combining my senior year, work and 2 internships my biggest concern is to not drown in the work that I created for myself. Putting off my health has been my biggest fault but when I think about what’s more important staying healthy or making my family and myself proud their opinions will always come on top.
